WHEN YOU ACCESS THE SHEET ABOVE, it will say you do not have permission to edit. Either click File > Make a Copy -OR- File > Download as > Microsoft Excel
You will need a gmail account to access this spreadsheet as a Google Doc, then you can click File > Make a Copy to fill it out with your own trip details. (Don’t forget to click the tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet to see days 6-10) If you don’t have a gmail account, you can also download it as a spreadsheet to use in your computer’s spreadsheet editing program.
When I am filling out my itinerary, I have an idea of what’s on each person in my party’s ‘must-see’ list (with the help of the Walt Disney World Top 10 Printable).
Then I consult with expert touring plans like Easy WDW’s Cheat Sheets, TouringPlans.com, and Undercover Tourist’s Touring Plans. They are a great place to start, but sometimes there are rides and shows that we prefer to skip. I edit these plans using my Touring Plan Spreadsheet to create a plan that will be perfect for our family.
Here’s a preview of my completed Disney World Touring Plan Spreadsheet:

Thank you a million times for this absolutely perfect worksheet!!
Yes – what Hollye said!! This worksheet is exactly what I needed, thank you so very much!
When planning your spreadsheet, how do you know how long to leave for each event if the wait times always change? How long it takes to travel to each event? If I’ve never been what is the best way of guesstimating my time?
It does depend on the ride. It will take you 5-10 minute walking time in addition to the wait time for most rides. I can’t tell you an exact time because wait times vary even based on what time you visit each attraction. I love using https://touringplans.com for their basic touring schedules. I use their time tables and adjust it to our tastes. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks
