This Free Printable First Aid Kit Checklist for Kids will help you know how to be prepared for all of life’s little scrapes and bruises.
Have your kiddos gotten their share of scraps and cuts? If not, I need to know your secret! My toddler is pretty adventurous. She is constantly finding new places to explore, which means she’s also finding new ways to fall off things, trip over her own feet, and jump off of everything!
Once our daughter started moving, I realized how unprepared I was if something were to happen to her. I had a few bandaids and a tube of antibiotic ointment my mom got for me when I went to college, but that was about it. It was pretty pitiful.
I looked around at some pre-made first aid kits, but they were either way too elaborate or too basic. I decided that if I did a little research, I could easily put together my own first aid kit.
Once I got my First Aid Kit together, I put together a list to keep in the box so that I would know what needed to be replaced if we used something out of the kit. (I love anything that keeps me organized – it feels like it helps me keep my head on straight!)
