DIY Missing Socks Sign
I think this might be true of every house, but I’m pretty sure our dryer eats our socks! (It’s either the dryer or our toddler, I’m choosing to blame the dryer for now…) If you have discovered a cure for this missing sock dilemma – let me know!
In the meantime, I made this cute little printable that can be easily made into a ‘Missing Socks’ sign to easily keep loose socks together until their matches can be found. I hope you love it!
DIY Missing Socks Sign
You will need:
First, download the Free Printable Missing Socks Sign here.
Since this is going to be framed, you can just print it on plain old copy paper. Sometimes I love using a special paper like Linen Cover Stock for a more finished look.
Once you have cut out your Free Printable and inserted into you 8×10 frame, glue the mini clothespins to the frame using a small dot of hot glue.
After the glue has dried, you can hang your socks directly from the clothes pins. (I apologize if you don’t have adorable little girl socks in your house – they make this project innately cuter!)
That’s it! This project is so simple, but I love hanging the finished project in my laundry room. Never again will your missing socks sit in a pile on your dresser or in your living room. Instead, they’ll be in clear view in a cute way! This DIY Missing Socks Sign should take you less than 30 minutes and would also make a sweet housewarming gift or a gift for a new mom.
I hope you enjoyed this short and sweet DIY project!
