As I’m preparing to go on maternity leave this September, I’m looking for a few paid guest posters and regular contributors to join my creative team and help fill out my editorial calendar through the end of the year.
Because I love my tribe, I’m very selective in the content I will feature. I’m looking for Family Friendly DIY bloggers with fabulous photos. In order to give my full attention to my creative team, only a few fabulous bloggers will be selected. Click here to apply!
If you are a blogger or writer and are interested in joining my Creative Team, here are all the details…
Applicants:
- Should be creative, love to inspire other moms, and be able to meet a deadline.
- Must take clear, crisp photos. I LOVE photography – so this is a big one for me.
- Should be familiar with creating posts in WordPress (Not a deal breaker, but a huge plus!)
- Do not need to have an active blog, but must have recent writing and photography samples.
Acceptable Post Types:
Wit & Wander is all about sharing ideas to make life with little ones less hectic and more creative, beautiful, and fun. Through party plans, craft projects, easy recipes, and free printables, we make it easy to focus on the joys of parenting. Here’s a list of post topics that fit within my niche:
- Kid-Focused Craft/DIY Projects
- Mom-Focused DIY Projects: A DIY project that could be completed during nap time
- Easy Family Recipes
- Free Printables: organizational, motivational, creative (coloring pages, art prints), seasonal (Valentine’s Day cards)
- DIY Home Decor
- Mom-Life Hacks
- Party Plans
- Mom-Friendly Round Ups (recipe collections, gift ideas, DIY projects, seasonal, printables)
Requirements:
- You will provide one ORIGINAL guest post or one post per month, submitted by the first of the month. (Posts will be scheduled for later in the month).
- Because it’s paid content, you CAN post a ‘teaser post’ to drive traffic to your site (like this post), but you CAN’T use the post in its entirety on your blog at a later date.
- If you are a guest poster (one time), you will submit your post via a Google Doc.
- If you are a regular contributor (once a month), you will receive an author account in my WordPress dashboard. You can write your posts and submit your photos directly through the dashboard.
- Regular contributors will have a four month commitment (September 2016-December 2016) with the potential to extend into the new year.

- A bio at the end of your post including links to your blog and social media. (Regular contributors’ bios will also include a headshot)
