This Complete Packing List for Traveling with a Toddler will help you know how to be prepared for any trip with your little ones.
Trying to decide what to pack when you’re planning to travel with a toddler is no easy task. Whether you’re going to Disney World, grandma’s house, or a National Park, this packing list will help you get organized so you can focus on having fun!
Packing List for Traveling with a Toddler
The problem with packing for a toddler is that they’re old enough to know what they want and tell you about it! If you forget a stuffed animal or a favorite blanket, you could throw off their bedtime routine for the whole week. And since they are old enough to be on the move and more likely to catch something while away from home, it’s important to keep some basic first aid supplies handy.
The other important category that’s easy to forget is eating. If I don’t bring a few healthy things from home, there’s a good chance our toddler will eat fast food throughout the entire vacation. So I pack things like fruit pouches and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to make vacation a little more like eating at home. Also, don’t forget to pack things like bibs, sippy cups, and dish soap to clean out their containers.
Did I miss anything? What do you love having when traveling with a toddler? What did you pack that you didn’t end up using? I would love to hear from you – leave a comment below!
